Dear Customer, We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance window for upgrading the energy infrastructure at the MedOne Petah Tikva site. Maintenance Details: Dates: 26th to 27th November 2024 Time (UTC): Daily from 16:00 (UTC) Maintenance Procedure: Smooth transition of your equipment from Line B to Line A. Temporary redundancy reduction for approximately two hours. Post-upgrade, all systems will return to full functionality, improving power supply reliability.
Important Notes: Adherence to the schedule is crucial for the success of the project. Impact: Minimal disruptions are expected during this maintenance. Upon completion, the system will provide enhanced reliability and performance.
