Dear Customer, We would like to inform you about scheduled facility enhancement work at the the Shacham Tech Data Center.

PW Reference Number: 50284 Location: Shaham 40 Petach Tikva Data Center (Entrance, Customer Room, Kitchenette, and Data Hall access)

Maintenance Window: Start date/time: 09-02-2026 06:00 UTC End date/time: 10-02-2026 15:00 UTC

Scope of work: Installation of new facility branding and signage (stickers).

Impact: No disruption to Data Center operations is expected.

MOP: Professional contractors will be on-site to apply branding elements throughout the facility.

Important Notes: Access: During this window, there may be temporary unavailability or limited access to the Main Entrance, Customer Room, and Kitchenette.

Duration: The project is expected to be completed on Monday (Feb 9th), with a possibility of extending into Tuesday (Feb 10th).
